Reservations Policies

Our policies are as follows: Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.

• DEPOSIT:

When booking your reservations, we accept MasterCard or Visa.

A two-night deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time of reservation. If reservation is made January – May, your deposit will be charged around the middle of May (this is when we open up for the season).

• CANCELLATION & CHANGES:

All cancellations or changes to reservations must be made via a telephone conversation with owner of Bradshaw’s Cottages, no exceptions.

Cancellations received more than a month (30+ days) before your stay will receive a refund of the deposit, less a $25 cancellation fee.

Cancellations or reservation changes received less than 30 days, but up to 11 days or less prior to your arrival date, will receive a refund of the deposit, less $50 cancellation/ change fee.

Cancellations or reservation changes 10 days or less prior to your arrival date are non-refundable. The amount of your deposit will be forfeited.

There are no refunds for early departures and “no-shows.”

• SMOKING

Tobacco smoking is not allowed in the cottages. It is allowed outdoors on the property.

Marijuana smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.

• PETS:

No pets in units or on the property.

• QUIET TIME:

10 PM to 8 AM. We reserve the right to remove any guest from the property who does not respect the quiet time set aside for our guests.

• HOUSEKEEPING:

Our cottages are housekeeping and do not have daily maid service. All linens and kitchen items are provided. Towels can be exchanged upon request.

• CHECH-IN 3 PM or later. CHECK-OUT 10 AM
